Her work focuses on the market, capital, and organizational dynamics that determine whether promising climate solutions achieve durable scale. Through research, advisory work, and market engagement, she helps investors, corporations, and innovators navigate the challenges of moving from ambition to deployment.

Kelly's perspective is shaped by a career spanning investing, company-building, and corporate advisory work. As a former software founder and CEO, she experienced firsthand both the promise and limitations of innovation-led growth. Over the past decade, she has worked with executives, investors, and founders to navigate technological change, market transformation, and growth strategy across global markets.

Today, she is increasingly focused on the conditions required for climate solutions to move beyond pilot projects and institutional commitments into widespread adoption. Her work explores how capital allocation, market incentives, and organizational behavior shape real-world outcomes, and how new models of collective execution and market formation can accelerate deployment at scale.

Kelly recently completed a Master's degree in Sustainability at Harvard University, where her graduate research culminated in a forthcoming proposal for new models of collective execution and demand-based market formation aimed at accelerating climate solution deployment at scale.

Beyond her professional work, Kelly is committed to developing future leaders and expanding access to opportunity. She previously served on the board of Play Like a Girl, supporting leadership development through competitive youth sports for young women pursuing careers in traditionally male-dominated fields.
